Our boutique lineup isn’t mass-produced; it’s thoughtfully made, like a perfectly tuned bow ready to hit the mark every time. We’re proud of our work, picky about the details, and—if we’re honest—probably spend more time with our 3D printers than we should. Our non-archery family members just shake their heads and call us archery nerds… which, to be fair, isn’t wrong.

How We Make Our Products
At Burly Archery, we design and build our gear using a mix of in-house 3D printing and trusted U.S. manufacturing partners.
In our shop in Bend, Oregon, we run a series of FDM 3D printers that create our colorful ABS plastic parts. We also have an SLS 3D printer that produces strong, detailed parts in sintered nylon. These parts come in a matte gray finish by default, but can be dyed a rich charcoal black. Because SLS is more expensive, we use it mainly when strength and durability matter most.
When needed, we also partner with U.S. companies for CNC machining and extra 3D printing.
All of our designs are modeled in Solidworks, and every product passes through our hands and eyes before shipping. This process helps us ensure that every Burly Archery product is built with the right balance of strength, quality, and purpose.
Customer Satisfaction
At Burly Archery, keeping our customers happy is kind of our superpower. We design accessories that competitive archers can actually count on—stuff that’s built to perform, not just look cool in your gear bag. If our products help you shoot straighter, laugh louder, or simply keep track of your pencil without losing it mid-round, then we’re doing our job right.
We also design for archers with a little common sense. Our gear is tough, but it’s not indestructible—so if you’re planning to use your stabilizer as a hammer, or a chew toy for your hunting dog… well, let’s just say that’s on you. Treat it right, and it’ll treat you right.
Because at the end of the day, archery is supposed to be fun. We make sure your accessories help you spend less time fumbling and more time hitting bullseyes (or at least getting close enough to claim you “meant to do that”).
